CCDA Membership Meeting at ICDC

<Martin Rosenberg (left) and Maureen White, past and present CACD and PPLC representatives, respectively, with lobbyist Don Burns. Martin was honored for his years of diligent service in Public Policy and Legislation for CCDA. We thanked him for all his hard work in keeping us abreast of important legislation that is relevant to our profession, and we welcomed Maureen as his successor in the role.

> With her unwavering positive spirit and dynamic energy, it’s no surprise that CCDA’s 2003-2004 President Michelle Beese was honored by CACD leadership with rose-colored glasses. Sharon Bowles, CACD President, and Emma Borens, CACD Board Member, presented Michelle with the glasses in appreciation of her "positive attitude through some challenging times," referring to all the hard work in helping CACD with its reorganization and revitalized alignment with CCDA. Michelle has been instrumental in the tremendous progress made so far, and we ALL thank her so much!

< Of course, Michelle put on her new glasses and wore them proudly, and why not?!

Continuing the Strategic Visioning process initiated by Board Member Mary Robins, CCDA members gather for some lively brainstorming to identify goals and aspirations for the organization.
